Browsing data: IT systems automatically acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP addresses, system logs). Data provided voluntarily: sending the contact form or an email involves processing contact data (name, email, company) and the message content. Third-party content: embedded maps and videos may process the user's IP address (see Cookie Policy).
Data is processed to: respond to requests sent via form or email (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.b/f); ensure site security and correct operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f); enable external content and non-essential cookies (consent, Art. 6.1.a); comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
Processing is carried out with IT and electronic tools, with security measures adequate to guarantee confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data, and for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes.
Data may be processed by parties providing services to the Controller (e.g. hosting, email) appointed as data processors. The use of third-party components (Google Maps, Google Fonts, embedded video) may involve data transfers to third countries: such transfers take place in compliance with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and subsequent obligations; browsing data for the technical time needed for security. Cookie preferences are retained for up to 12 months.
Users may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (without prejudice to processing already carried out).
